You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

We understand that you need to actually try Draft Guardâ„¢ to know whether it works for your home. For that reason, opening and reasonably testing the product does not automatically make your order ineligible for our guarantee.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • You must have purchased the product directly through draft-guard.com.

  • You must be able to provide your order number or sufficient information for us to locate your purchase.

  • Any remaining product, components, and packaging associated with the order should be returned if requested by our customer service team.

  • The product must not have been intentionally damaged, excessively used beyond what is reasonably necessary to test it, or misused.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is intended to give customers a genuine opportunity to try Draft Guardâ„¢, not to provide unlimited free product usage.

How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place your order

  • A brief explanation of why you would like to return the product or how we could improve it

Please contact us before sending anything back.

If your return is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, the return address.

Returns sent to an address without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  • A defective product

  • An item damaged during delivery

  • An incorrect item sent by Draft Guardâ„¢

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, where applicable, will not be included in the refund.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@draft-guard.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.

If you would like a different product or variant, please contact support@draft-guard.com. If your return is eligible and approved, you can return the applicable product and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@draft-guard.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take several business days to appear after they have been issued.

Purchases From Third Parties

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through draft-guard.com.

Products purchased through another retailer, marketplace, reseller, or third party are subject to that seller's applicable return and refund policies.
